  • An interactive program that leverages the EQ-i 2.0 assessment to help participants better understand Emotional Intelligence areas of strength, potential areas of development and ways to work more effectively with others

Navigating Change:

  • A dynamic program that uses the Change Style Indicator assessment to help participants better understand their preferred change style and ways to more effectively navigate change

Growing Your Influence:

  • A discovery program that uses the Influence Style Indicator assessment to help participants better understand their preferred influence styles and ways to more effectively influence others

Cultivating Psychological Safety

  • An immersive experience that explores a team's current practices and norms and ways leaders and team members can support a culture where people feel free to speak and share

Giving & Receiving Feedback:

  • An interactive program that teaches best practices for giving and receiving feedback with opportunities to practice new skills through case studies in a safe training environment

Enhancing Self-Awareness:

  • A foundational program that helps participants gain increased self- awareness through a variety of assessment options, exercises and action planning the supports growth and development

Fostering DEI:

  • An open-dialogue workshop that helps participants understand, appreciate and promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. The workshop creates a safe space for dialogue, self- reflection and understanding

  • An interactive program designed to empower teams with the skills, tools and knowledge needed to improve collaboration, communication and inclusion

Learning About Self & Others Through the Lens of Personality Type:

  • An engaging and interactive program designed to help participants gain insight into their personalities and how their preference influence their behaviors, interactions and decision-making using the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)
